The Story Behind the Cave

CAVO wasn’t built in a boardroom. It started as a sketch, a rough idea scribbled down during one of those exhausting stretches when life moves too fast and you quietly ask yourself: what would I build if I could build anything?

The answer was simple.

A place to breathe.

Caves have always been places of refuge: ancient, unhurried, and warm. We wanted to bring that feeling into Clark. A space where the noise outside fades, the food is honest, the drinks are crafted, and the people around you actually matter.

CAVO Kitchen + Bar was born from that idea, and built by two people who believed it deeply: Sathish and Claire, who turned a napkin dream into something you can now walk into, sit down in, and call your own.

This is not just a restaurant. It’s a corner of the world we made for you.
